THERAPY AND COACHING
Therapy is a courageous process of growth and self-discovery. It's truly "work!" In our sessions we will collaborate to promote resilience, to build stronger connections, and to form a growth mindset. Entering a therapeutic relationship can feel vulnerable and uncomfortable. We'll spend time building trust, while also assessing together how to best get started in a way that you feel benefits you the most.
Coaching is meant for those individuals or families who have immediate, predictable challenges they are facing after already having the recent experience of participating in a more in-depth therapeutic process. Coaching is a collaborative and solution oriented partnership. We will utilize strengths and skills already identified in previous therapy, co-creating sustainable growth.
