At Quiet Mind Counseling, I strive to provide a safe and supportive space to enhance the therapeutic experience. My experience as a practice manager has been enriched through my work with Cirque du Soleil for 12 years, as well as my experience in wilderness therapy.

For the bulk of my professional career, I was on tour internationally with Cirque du Soleil, which allowed me to live in over 30 cities worldwide. When the pandemic came and entertainment shut down I returned to wilderness therapy and soon after Quiet Mind Counseling.

My goal is to be there for our families every step of the way, from the initial consultation to any billing questions, and everything in between.
​
When I am not working, I can usually be found in a kayak or trail running on the banks of the Chattooga River.
